Advocate on behalf of working parents within the business community to remove workplace barriers that limits the parent’s ability to remain ONDECK.

Information sharing regarding school events and activities.
Acknowledge companies that have practices which encourages parents to remain actively involved in their student’s school.
Share the benefits in knowing what time of year their workforce will be impacted due to school activity or inactivity i.e. spring break, Christmas etc…
Negotiate INCENTIVE PROGRAMS that will work for both the parent and the business community.
