An African-American INVOLVED PARENT, raises two bright children, while also balancing her role as Wife, Chief of Nutrition and Food Services. She also achieved the 4th highest Rank in the Military as MAJOR. She shares her story about an exciting dual career and how she navigated her employees through antiquated technology and instituted a new computer system that simplified the Veterans Administrations Hospital provision of Nutrition Therapy to military veterans. Her commitment to excellence positively impacted many lives both in the military and within Veterans Hospitals.
