Her love of the Spanish language resulted in a promotion as a Bilingual Resource Educator in the public school district. She fell in love with her Spanish Teddy Bear and is the mother of two wonderful bilingual adults, who are gainfully employed in their respective occupations. She explains her elation at discovering that she would be matched with another Spanish Teacher, who just happened to be of African-American descent.
For the past sixty days, they wore their teacher hats and created goals for their weekly conversations via Zoom and the telephone. The frenetic life of Margaret#4 resonated loudly with MAWVOICE#9, and reminded her of her days as MOTHER, TEACHER AND WIFE. Their similarities and even different time zones helped them both to work together to create an indelible bond despite their apparent differences.
