VOICEDEPAW#2

I had the privilege of speaking with an amazing man who went to law school on a whim. He proudly proclaims his ability to serve as a legal advisor to a federal agency. It is important to note that his dedication to the practice of law has spanned over 40 years. And, the funny part about his story is that he is not that old. He knew what he wanted, took the necessary steps to complete his law school education and never looked back.

His decision to pursue a law degree and career as a practicing attorney, has definitely served in his favor, as, well as in the best interest of his clients. He is currently employed in a unique occupation as a legal advisor in a government agency.

He speaks about the earlier part of his education and how he decided to go to law school, the steps he took to get in and some of the steps that he missed along the way. This conversation with voicedepaw#2 is filled with humor, but also speaks to his commitment to pursuing his educational goal and how dedicated he has been over the years in the practice of law. His story should serve as motivation to anyone who feels like they cannot get their career off the ground, due to obstacles such as finances, test scores and opportunities.

When, voicedepaw#2 missed the deadline to apply to his favorite school of choice — Temple University — he resorted instead to plan b and applied to another law school. He increased his already law school admission test — (LSAT) by one-hundred and fifty points, and excelled in his career.

The moral of this story is that hard work, perseverance and dedication to a goal will pay off. There will be bumps along the way, but just remain committed and you too will achieve your dreams and goals. I enjoyed having this affable conversation with voicedepaw#2 and hope that you enjoy it as well.
